6/18/21 – This is an excellent example of a Mauser Luger issued to the Nazi police force in 1942. It is all matching, has an added police sear safety, a Mauser banner logo on the toggle, and the proper police “Eagle L” proof. The rig comes with two matching magazines and a very nice 1943-dated police-style holster. It has retained about 97% of its original finish. There is very minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. There is an area of minor thinning on the back strap and some very tiny dings on the front strap. Comes with nice grips – the left panel is matching, the right panel is not numbered. There is a small chip in the left grip and a hairline crack in the right grip. The bore has excellent rifling with minor freckling throughout.
