12/9/21 – This is an excellent example of a DWM Luger sold in the commercial market in the 1920’s. Chambered in .30 Luger. It is all matching and has the proper “Crown N” commercial proofs. There is a “Germany” export marking on the left side rail, indicating the gun was intended for sale in the international commercial market. It has retained about 95% of its finish. There is very minor wear on the side plate, side rails, and around the muzzle. Just hints of patina on the grip straps. The small parts have retained about half of their straw finish. Comes with excellent un-numbered wood grips – the left panel has a small bruise. Also comes with a properly un-numbered period-correct magazine. The bore has decent rifling with minor pin-pricking throughout.
