6/16/23 – This is a WW1-Era P14 rifle manufactured by ERA and chambered in .303 British. This is the British version of the American Eddystone M1917 chambered in .30-06. This gun has British proofs and was likely reworked at some point, as evidenced by the re-numbered bolt. The numbered parts are matching, including the stock. The gun has a black enamel painted finish, and there are areas of light scratchy wear on the bolt handle and trigger guard. Thinning on the floor plate. Wear around the edges of the butt plate. Very nice wood stock with no major damage, but there are minor scratches and bruises throughout. Mint bore.
