Spreewerk
P.38
March 1945
a2366 - 19821

4/11/22 – This is an excellent example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in March of 1945. The gun is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 88” Nazi military acceptance proofs throughout. It has a late-war cog-style hammer. It comes as a rig with a mint 1945 dated softshell holster, a period-correct Walther magazine, and a rare late-war “U”-marked magazine. The gun has retained about 96% of its original wartime finish. There is just some minor wear on the high edges of the slide, around the chamber, and around the muzzle. Just the slightest hint of thinning on the front strap. Comes with excellent period-correct bakelite grips. The bore is near-mint – shiny with very strong rifling. The de-cocker is functional.
