12/1/23 – This is an excellent example of an end-of-war AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs. This one has a rare “Waffen 76” marked barrel, indicating it was made at the Czech FNH factory. It has all the proper late-war features, such as rough machining, cog-style hammer, and phosphate small parts. The bluing rates about 97% with very minor wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. Light spotty oxidation here and there. Fitted with reddish bakelite grips. Minty bore. De-cocker is functional. Comes with an “Eagle 359” marked jvd magazine.
