3/28/23 – This is an excellent example of an end-of-war AC 45 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1945. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs. This one has a rare “Waffen 76” marked barrel, indicating it was made at the Czech FNH factory. It has all the proper late-war features, such as rough machining, cog-style hammer, and phosphate small parts. It has retained about 96% of its finish. Very minor wear on the front strap, around the muzzle, on the high edges of the slide, and some very light spotty discoloration on the left side of the slide. Fitted with excellent reddish bakelite grips. Comes with a jvd magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional.
