7/3/18 – This is an excellent all original double etched Kriegsmarine dagger. Notice the style of the Eickhorn squirrel on the blade. This is the “over the shoulder” style logo used after 1941. The blade is beautiful and near mint overall. Very minimal scabbard wear / oxidation. The fittings and handle are also excellent with little to no notable wear. The soft goldish colored portepee is equally minty with no fraying and a very tight knot. The scabbard has no dents or issues.
