7/13/18 – This is an original WW2 nazi army dagger. The dagger is in great shape with a blade stamped by Carl Eickhorn. The maker stamp style was used from 1936-41. The blade shows some patina throughout – small speckling of light oxidation. There are a few spots were there’s some darker oxidation / wear on the blade as well. Most of this is near the tip. The tip also has a very slight bend or dent. Priced accordingly. The handle is excellent orange bakelite swirled with no cracks or chips. The scabbard shows finish loss (I believe the finish should be darker) but there are no dents or issues otherwise with the scabbard. Guaranteed original.
