8/19/22 – This is a near-mint example of a Smith & Wesson Model 28-2 Highway Patrolman Revolver, manufactured in about 1960 and chambered in .357 Magnum. It is all matching and has retained about 98% of its original bluing. There is very minor muzzle wear and a very light roll mark on the cylinder. Comes with original rare Magna wood grips. The right panel is numbered and matching. There are two small chips along the front edges of the left panel. Stone-mint bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is very smooth.
