10/6/22 – This is an original Colt M1911 magazine from early / pre WW1. The magazine has a two-toned finish with the bottom portion of the frame being blued. The base also has a lanyard loop as shown. There’s dark patina throughout the magazine but the original finish is still present and visible with no deep rust or pitting. The spring is strong and fully functional.
