9/29/23 – This an early example of a Chinese SKS with no maker mark – dates to late 1956 / early 1957. It is entirely matching, including the stock, with an import mark on the barrel. The bluing rates roughly 85% with wear around the muzzle, general high edge wear, and light scratches and handling marks throughout. The wood shows signs of fairly heavy use – obvious dings, bruises, and scratches throughout. Mint bore. Comes with a green canvas sling.
