12/11/23 – This is a nice, early Nambu Type 14 issued to the Japanese military in January of 1931. All matching. Comes with a period-correct but mismatched magazine. Original finish rates somewhere between 85-90%. The majority of the finish loss is on the right side of the gun, but there is also a spot of discoloration on the left side, and dulling on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. The bore has decent rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
