10/19/21 – This is an original Mauser eagle 63 proofed Luger magazine from WW2. The magazine has an excellent blued tube and an aluminum base. The base is serial numbered with a “w” letter suffix and an eagle 63 proof stamp. The serial number appears to be strongly struck over a set of original factory numbers that are now buffed out. Only the “8” is visible from the original number (found just under the 2nd “2” in the current serial number stamp). Strong, functional spring.
