8/2/23 – This is a nice example of a DWM Model 1906 Navy Luger issued to the Imperial German Navy during WW1. It is all matching and has the proper “Crown M” Navy proofs. There is a “WD 182” Navy unit marking on the back strap. Altered safety. This one has been completely refinished. There is just a little bit of finish loss on the side plate and minor pitting under the bluing on the grip straps. Fitted with excellent matching-numbered wood grips. Comes with a Navy unit marked magazine, “WD 193”. The rifling in the bore is a bit worn with minor pitting throughout.
