11/5/20 – This is a custom engraved pocket watch for a SS officer in Dachau. The watch has been inspected by an engraver who was able to verify this is an old engraving. The back of the watch is inscribed with SS runes along with “SS T.V. / K.L. Dachau” and a date underneath indicating Christmas Eve, 1940. This was likely given as a Christmas present. The watch is aesthetically in great condition, but unfortunately it does not wind or work. Could likely have a jeweler repair if desired.
