1/11/22 – This is a nice example of a Walther PPK sold in the commercial market in 1941. It is all matching and has the proper “Eagle N” commercial proofs. It comes with a nice un-marked generic WW2-era holster (some adhesive on the back from what looks like a strip of tape), a proper wartime finger extension magazine, and one Walther banner-only flat bottom magazine. The gun has retained roughly 65% of its original finish. There is noticeable wear throughout, most obvious on the whole slide and front strap. There are also some areas with tiny dots of pin-pricking on both sides of the slide and on the front strap. Comes with a nice period-correct brown grip. There is light “flaking” in the bakelite on both sides, a small crack in the spine, and a tiny crack around the left screw hole. The bore is near-mint.
