3/23/23 – This is a scarce Walther Mod HP that was originally sold in the commercial market in the 1940’s. It is all matching but was reworked and refinished after the war and issued to the Austrian police, as evidenced by the “Eagle BH” marking on the frame. An external serial number was added to the right side of the slide. It has the proper Nazi-era “Eagle N” commercial proofs. Import mark on the right side of the frame. It has retained most of its bluing with minor wear around the muzzle and on the front edges of the slide. Fitted with excellent WW2-era blackish-brown bakelite grips. Comes with a refinished but rare “U” marked magazine. Mint bore. De-cocker is functional. Comes with a post-war black leather holster.
