9/25/23 – This is a nice example of a Mauser Model 1934 sold in the commercial market around 1940. It is all matching and properly “Eagle N” proofed. It comes as a rig with a period-correct tan leather holster and two magazines (one is reproduction). The gun itself has retained roughly half of its original high polish finish. There are areas of splotchy wear, most obvious on the frame (where there is also some pin-pricking). Fitted with a period-correct wood grip – tiny chip in the bottom left corner. The bore has good rifling, but there is pin-pricking throughout.
