6/11/24 – This is a Model 1950 Carbine made by FN Herstal in the 1950’s for the Columbian Government. The bolt matches the receiver, and the chamber has the Columbian seal. The back of the receiver is marked “.30”, indicating it is chambered in .30-06. The metal parts have been re-blued. There is very little finish loss, but there is some scratching under the finish on the receiver and floor plate. Very nice wood. The butt stock does not fit perfectly. Mint bore. No visible import marks.
