4/13/23 – This is a gorgeous example of a five-screw, first-issue, Smith & Wesson Pre-29 revolver, manufactured in early 1957 and chambered in .44 Magnum. Comes with its factory presentation case and a set of scarce period-correct cleaning tools. The gun itself has retained nearly all of its original high polish finish with just a hint of muzzle wear and a very light roll mark on the cylinder. Perfect case-hardening on the hammer and trigger. Mint bore. The cylinder is tight, and the action is very smooth. Barrel length is 6 1/2 inches.
