4/27/22 – This is an original WW2 era production Mauser rifle scope by Carl Zeiss. The scope is maker stamped along with “Zielsechs Nr. 72302” underneath. The exterior has great original finish overall, with some mild surface patina mixed in and typical edge wear and mild finish loss in a few small areas. The adjustment knobs are functional. The optics are excellent and clear with a crisp reticle. Comes with an original leather lens cover as shown.
