3/16/22 – This is an original US M3 fighting knife by Camillus. The blade is maker stamped, which means this is a late 1943 or early 1944 production. The blade has no rust or pitting but is missing about half of the finish towards the tip. The handle is in excellent condition and the pommel has a strong ordnance stamp. Comes with a Viner Bros M6 leather scabbard that’s 1943 dated. The scabbard has surface wear throughout but is unaltered and completely intact with all original stitching and metal fixtures.
