5/11/23 – This is a very nice example of a BSA .310 Martini Cadet rifle, manufactured in 1911 and chambered in .310 Cadet. It is all matching and has a “VIC” marking on the receiver and a Victoria seal on the right side of the butt stock, indicating this gun was delivered to the government of Victoria, Australia for military training. The stock is also dated July of 1911. All matching. The metal parts have retained about 90% of their original finish. There is some light streaky wear at the end of the barrel and areas of wear on the front barrel band, lever action, and on the top of the receiver. Very nice wood stock with only minor bruises here and there and some spots of dark discoloration. Mint bore.
