12/6/23 – This is a Mauser P.38 put together by the French using leftover Nazi parts immediately after WW2. This one was imported by Interarms. It comes with its original matching Interarms box, owners manual, and a waffen-proofed magazine. The gun is all matching, has a French star on the slide, and has a waffen proof on the barrel. Import mark on the underside of the slide. It has retained nearly all of its finish with just hints of wear on some of the high edges. Comes with French metal grips – plum colored. Excellent bore with strong rifling. De-cocker is functional. Hang tag is still on the trigger guard. This gun is being listed as a sister to another gun on the site – they have almost identical serial numbers, just different suffixes. This one is “7246g” and the other is “7246i”.
