5/6/22 – This is an excellent example of a Colt Woodsman manufactured in 1948. It is all matching and comes with a period-correct box (not numbered), owners manual, and original matching-numbered test target. It has retained about 95% of its original high polish finish. There is some thinning along the left side of the barrel. While there isn’t a lot of actual finish loss, There is some spotty oxidation along the barrel, on the top of the slide, and on the grip straps. Comes with excellent reddish bakelite grips (one small chip in the left panel) and one proper magazine. Mint bore.
