4/12/18 – This is an original post WW2 production Walther P.38 in 7.65mm with the original target, manual, cleaning rod, and spare magazine, and period correct box. The box is in excellent condition with minimal edge wear, but the box has no labels or serial numbers matching to the pistol. The target is serial numbered to the pistol though. The pistol is in like-new condition but has a few very small surface scratches. The frame is stamped with “73” next to the antler proof , meaning this was produced in 1973. There is also an eagle/N proof stamp. The frame is aluminum and lighter than the steel framed P.38s. The pistol is all correct and matching, made in 7.65mm which is a rare Walther P.38 caliber. The two magazines are also marked 7.65mm “para” for parabellum. Beautiful bore looks unfired. Guaranteed original and authentic.
