8/25/23 – This is an excellent example of a Walther PP sold in the commercial market in 1940. It is all matching and has a “Circle CB” marking on the right side of the trigger guard, indicating this particular pistol was sold by the German retailer, Carl Bernhardt. It comes with its original matching-numbered box, cleaning tin with oiler and hair, cleaning rod, owners manual, and one period-correct finger extension magazine. The gun itself has retained about 94-95% of its original high polish finish. There is minor muzzle wear and very light spotty wear along the slide. Fitted with excellent period-correct black bakelite grips. Minty bore. Import mark in the mag well.
