5/19/20 – This is an all original and minty Inglis High Power (MK I*) pistol and stock. The pistol was made in 1944 by the Canadians and is all original as well as fully functional. The pistol has a minty parkerized finish, and the stock is in similarly excellent condition. Couple of minor scuffs here or there but minimal finish loss overall. The pistol also has “CH” in the serial number, which means this was originally manufactured as part of the Chinese contract with the Canadians during 1944. The Chinese only took delivery on a few thousand of the ~66,000 produced with “CH” in the serial. The pistol ultimately is British proofed and stamped “MK I*” which means this was sent to the British forces after production, towards the end of WW2. Excellent bore with just a hint of frost. Stock is marked ‘MADE IN CANADA’.
