4/24/23 – This is a nice example of an Astra Model 400/1921 likely manufactured in the 1930’s. This Model was adopted for use by the Spanish Army and was the standard sidearm during the Spanish Civil War and saw service in Germany during WWII. This one is all matching and comes as a rig with a scarce leather shoulder holster and two proper magazines. It has been arsenal refinished, so there is very little actual finish loss. There are tiny handling marks here and there and a light scratch on the right side of the slide, around the muzzle. There is tiny freckling and pin-pricking throughout. Fitted with period-correct grips. The rifling is fairly worn with pin-pricking throughout.
