5/25/24 – This is an original WW2 production Astra 300 holster. The holster is in great overall condition with natural use wear and an added pin “embellishment” from 1938. The pin is slightly bent, but the backside clasp is still functional and the pin can be easily removed if desired. The front leather has 3 more small pin holes – likely from prior pip embellishments that are no longer present. Besides this the leather shows an outlined shape from having held a pistol for some time. Nice, honest wear with natural pliability but clean leather overall. All original, tight stitching intact. One loose stitch on the lower belt loop but this doesn’t affect function and the belt loop is secure. The interior leather is ink stamped with a Nazi proof, as shown.
