4/13/22 – This is an original WW1 production Artillery Luger Snail Drum magazine. The magazine is in great overall condition with a strong, fully functional spring. The bluing is excellent throughout the magazine, except on the base where there’s some finish loss and surface patina. No rust or pitting, however. The tube of the magazine has an imperial crown/S proof stamp near the feed ramp. The base of the magazine is matching serial numbered on the top and bottom and maker stamped by Bing. This is a later wartime “type 2” variation.
