3/22/23 – This is an Arisaka Type 99 issued to the Japanese military during WW2. The gun is mismatched but does have a fully intact mum stamp on the receiver. It also comes with an original dust cover (mismatched) and a monopod. The metal parts have retained roughly 85% of their original finish with general minor thinning throughout. Some light spotty oxidation and tiny pits along the barrel and on the floor plate / trigger assembly. The stock is excellent but has been sanded and refinished. A few small wood repairs. Mint bore.
