12/7/20 – This is an excellent example of an Arisaka Type 99 rifle issued to the Japanese military during WW2. This one comes with the original monopod, cleaning rod, and sling. It also has a fully in tact mum stamp. Unfortunately, the bolt is mismatched to the gun. It is in excellent condition overall, retaining most of its finish. There is just some spotty oxidation throughout. The stock is very nice – just minor scratches, dings, and bruises throughout. The bore is excellent – shiny with strong rifling.
