9/9/24 – This is a Third Generation Colt Single Action Army Revolver from 1978. Chambered in .45 with a 7.5 inch barrel. It has lost most of its finish, and most of the remaining bluing is on the cylinder and ejector rod tube. There is noticeable thinning and spotty patina throughout. Fitted with nice wood grips. Near-mint bore. The action is very smooth, and the hammer-pull is lighter than we’ve seen in others.
