5/6/24 – This is an original WW2 2nd Model Luftwaffe Dagger. The dagger has a great condition, unmarked blade that shows mild surface patina and light scabbard rub wear. Visible cross graining throughout and no signs of sharpening along the edges. The hand guard and pommel have typical surface patina and age but no major issues. The handle is slightly loose and can be tightened down, but when the pommel is lined up correctly, there’s very mild wiggle or play in the handle. The handle has some light surface wear and dark discoloration from age, but no major cracks or chips. Original chord wrapping the handle is excellent. Comes with an original scabbard that shows mild surface patina and oxidation but no major issues. Fits nicely.
