11/9/22 – This is a very nice, very late example of an Inglis Hi Power issued to the Canadian military in about September of 1945. It is all matching and has the proper Canadian proofs throughout. It comes with a minty example of a wood stock that is maker-marked and dated 1945 – no cracks or chips. The gun itself has retained about 92% of its original wartime finish. Most of the wear is on the front strap, but there is also minor wear around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. There is not much actual finish loss, but there are tiny handling marks and scratches and areas of minor pin-pricking throughout. Comes with very nice period-correct black bakelite grips and one proper magazine. The bore is near-mint.
