5/6/22 – This is a very nice example of an ROF No 5 Mk 1 Jungle Carbine issued to the British military in May of 1945. The gun is all matching and has the proper British proofs throughout. This one comes with a period-correct bayonet and scabbard, a cream-colored cloth sling, and one box (20 rounds) of modern .303 British ammo. The front end of the stock has been modified and shortened. Overall, the gun is in very nice condition. There is noticeable wear on the receiver and light brown patina along the barrel. Very nice stock with a few minor dings. Excellent bore with strong rifling.
