12/26/17 – This is an original WW2 production 1944 softshell P.38 holster. The holster is a scarce, more desirable “one-piece” style, meaning there’s no seam on the top of the holster. The back of the holster is “ewx” maker stamped and 1944 dated. The black surface leather has light wrinkling and normal wear but no major issues. There are no notable stitching issues either. This holster came from James Julia auction of Warren Buxton’s collection.
