5/20/24 – This is an original WW2 US M1916 Holster. The holster is maker stamped and dated on the back leather, BOYT 44. The front leather has a crisp US stamp. The holster is in great overall condition with all original leather and stitching intact. The only notable issue on this holster is the loose eye rings at the toe of the holster. These are the holes for the lanyard loop – the metal rings are still intact, just loose on the lanyard strings. The leather has normal signs of use and age, with normal pliability. No stitching issues.
