4/23/24 – This is a very nice example of a Spreewerk P.38 issued to the Nazi military in November of 1943. All matching with the proper “Eagle 88” military acceptance proofs throughout. The finish rates about 96%. While there isn’t much actual finish loss, there is light spotty oxidation throughout. Fitted with period-correct reddish bakelite grips and comes with an “Eagle 88” marked magazine. The bore has strong rifling, but there is freckling throughout. De-cocker is functional.
