11/13/24 – This is an original and matching, late WW2 production Spreewerk P.38 pistol. The pistol is typical late war production with machine markings still evident and a thin factory finish. The finish is hard to grade, but we’re calling it 80-85% based on finish loss shown on the front strap, barrel, and receiver. There’s also some edge wear throughout. The bore is excellent though – very nice and only shows very minor signs of use. Functional de-cocker and smooth operation. Includes correct, 5 line grips and a Walther P.38 magazine from the same time period.
