12/21/22 – This is an original 1943 hard shell P.38 holster from WW2. The holster is all original except for the back belt loops, which have been replaced with a US style belt attachment that has been riveted to the back leather. G.I.s often made these modifications so they could carry their “war booty” on their standard issued canvas belts. The holster has mild pliability and clean interior leather. The stitching is all original and tight throughout.
