4/18/18 – This is an original WW2 wartime production softshell style P.38 holster. The holster is stamped on the back “joa” 1943 and waffen eagle proof stamped. There’s also a faint P.38 stamp on the back leather. The leather has surface wrinkling, especially on the top leather. The leather overall is soft and pliable with honest wear. The interior leather has a large black scratchy area where someone probably wrote a name and then someone else later removed / covered over the name. There are no other issues. The stitching is all tight and original.
