10/13/22 – This is an original 1943 dated P.38 hardshell style pistol holster. The holster is maker stamped with a “bearskin oakleaf 9” maker logo and 1943 date. The back leather is also waffen proof stamped and has a faint P.38 stamp. The leather is strong with mild pliability and a fairly clean exterior and interior. The stitching has no notable issues and is tight throughout. A very nice wartime example.
