12/26/23 – This is a very nice Colt Official Police Revolver, manufactured in 1943 and chambered in .38 Caliber. All matching and has retained about 96-97% of its original finish. Minor wear around the muzzle and on some of the high edges. While there is very little actual finish loss, there are areas of really light freckling throughout. Very nice wood grips – minor bruising on the right side. Mint bore. Smooth action.
