4/22/24 – This is an excellent example of a Colt Model 1911A1 issued to the US military in 1943. The slide is numbered and matching. It has a proper “Colt 45 Auto” barrel with an “S” under the lug. It comes as a rig with a minty 1942-dated Boyt holster and a period-correct “R” marked magazine. The gun has been completely professionally restored and refinished, so it is in beautiful condition with no signs of wear. Fitted with period-correct reddish plastic grips. Stone-mint bore.
