2/28/20 – This is an original WW2 era 1943 dated P.38 holster. The holster has a rare bearskin oak leaf 9 maker stamp on the back leather with a waffen WaA938 military proof stamp. The holster leather is in great shape with strong leather and stitching. The back of the holster is etched with “HAMBURG, GERMANY MAY 2, 1945”. The side of the holster under the mag pouch is also etched with this date. There are a few surface scratches on the rear as well. The interior leather is very clean. Guaranteed original.
