5/10/24 – Original and excellent condition. This bayonet is maker and date stamped, 1943 AFH. The 16″ un-cut blade maintains most of its finish, with just some minor dings on the edge near the tip, and a bit of surface patina here and there. The dark brown grip panels are in very good shape overall, but are slightly shaved near the top, and the left panel is slightly loose. The scabbard is excellent with very little wear, but does have some surface patina on the metal, and one small scratch.
