4/25/24 – This is a very nice AC 42 Walther P.38 issued to the Nazi military in 1942. All matching with the proper “Eagle 359” military acceptance proofs. It has retained about 92-93% of its original finish with wear around the muzzle and high edges of the slide. The right side of the slide has a faint checkered pattern that looks like someone stored it laying on bubble wrap. We weren’t able to get it off. Fitted with blackish-brown bakelite Walther grips and comes with an “Eagle 359” marked Walther magazine. The bore has good rifling with pin-pricking throughout. De-cocker is functional.
