2/8/21 – This is an original 1942 dated P.38 holster. The back of the holster is “gfg” maker stamped, waffen military eagle “WaA101” proof, a 1942 date stamp, and a P.38 stamp. The numerals “1984” are stamped on he back as well. Possibly being re-issued after the war for police use. The black leather is strong and clean with only minor wear on the closure strap. Missing the lift strap. Otherwise there are no issues. The stitching is excellent. Very clean interior.
